A fusion of Gospel and fitness. A little cardio, drums, meditation, and movement as we pursue wholeness and worship God. Meets on Mondays with leaders Kristi Roderick and Jennifer Crawford at FSCEast @ 6pm. Individuals signing up for the class will need to bring a yoga mat.
