WOMEN - Bodyweight HIIT Workout (Chapman)

When Thursday Evening


This group is for women who need a break from the chaos of life and want to connect while keeping their bodies healthy by getting their heart rate high. The workout will be a bodyweight high intensity interval training (HIIT) workout. Workouts will be 20-30 minutes followed by a devotional.

Meets on Thursdays with leader Sara Chapman at Canyon Lake Park @ 5:30pm starting September 3.
